Women make up only a quarter of the auto industry workforce. How can we inspire more women to pursue future careers in STEM fields and ultimately diversify the workforce in the auto industry?
Ford partnered with the Girl Scouts to host Girls’ Fast Track Races. A hands-on experience for young girls to design, build and race their own pinewood cars and to engage in STEM related activities.
